Tuck3r Shelton

Tuck3r Shelton has been studying and teaching yoga for over fifteen years. With 780 RYT training hours in diverse forms such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Bhakti Vinyasa, Vini, Senior, Therapeutic, Children's, Pre/Postnatal, Vinyasa Krama, Anusara, and Kaula Tantra Yoga, and 475 training hours in the Kaiut Yoga Method, Tuck3r brings a wealth of knowledge to the mat. Additionally, Tuck3r has completed 200 hours of Thai Yoga Massage training in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and holds a Masters with Honors in Contemplative Religious Studies and Sanskrit Language from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. Tuck3r has shared their expertise across the United States and around the world, including in New Zealand, India, and Mexico.

Tuck3r’s teaching style is lighthearted yet deeply transformative. Guiding students carefully and gracefully into their bodies, Tuck3r offers various levels of mental, physical, and spiritual practices tailored to the needs and openness of each individual. Specializing in "Longevity Yoga," Tuck3r focuses on teaching sequences that are safe and powerful, ensuring sustainability for all bodies throughout their lives. As a sensitive, kind, and playful guide on the yoga path, Tuck3r's classes are imbued with love and insight, leaving practitioners feeling more and thinking less.
