Enjoy a private yoga session uniquely designed to support your personal yoga practice.

A private yoga session is typically 60 minutes long and may include breath work, meditation, and yoga philosophy in addition to traditional yoga poses. 

Your private yoga instructor will provide education, support, props and modifications as needed so that you can practice safely and effectively.

This support can be very beneficial when beginning your yoga journey, when returning to yoga after a pause, and when there is a desire to deepen your yoga experience.
