Bhuta Shuddhi: Elemental Cleanse
A Tantric Meditation + Ritual Practice

Step into an ancient ritual of purification and elemental balance. Bhuta Shuddhi—Sanskrit for “elemental cleansing”—is a lesser-known tantric practice that predates the modern chakra system. Through guided visualization, hand shapes (mudras), sacred seed syllables (mantras), breathwork, and meditation, we’ll awaken and harmonize the five elemental forces within us: earth, water, fire, air, and space.

In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn a powerful daily practice designed to align your inner nature with the rhythms of the natural world. We’ll explore the five upper energy centers of the classical tantric system, reconnecting with their original esoteric wisdom.

This experience is both deeply grounding and subtly transformative—a ritual of remembrance, balance, and inner stillness in a world that rarely slows down. No prior experience with mantra or meditation is necessary. Come open to receive and to reconnect.

Restorative Yoga & Divine Sleep with Bitsy Merriman
Sunday March 29, 2-3:30PM
$10
REGISTER

Class starts with settling into the present moment using breath and intention setting and allowing your body ease into prop-supported poses. At the midpoint, you are guided to a resting position that suits you and you sink into a Divine Sleep, a healing practice and meditation that releases your body, breath and spirit into a thematic journey of the soul.

No experience required. This is yoga for anyone and everyone. Please wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers to ensure that you stay warm and at ease during the meditation.

Divine Sleep is the antidote to modern life and stresses and is a meditation technique that guides and relaxes you at every level of being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual layers (called five koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and nature imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change or fix anything. This is true meditation where there is nothing to do but to ‘notice’ -- supporting you in feeling empowered and whole just as you are. This contemporary practice is based on ancient yogic wisdom and meditation to make a powerful tool for modern-day life.
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a switch that turns off ‘flight or fight’ and turns on the ‘relaxation response’ -- the body’s natural healing state. This allows your body and mind the necessary time it needs to integrate, heal, slow the aging process and prevent illness. Your body knows exactly what to do to attain and maintain perfect health and equilibrium, but it is necessary to go into this state of deep relaxation for healing to happen. And Divine Sleep brings you easily, compassionately, inexpensively and swiftly into the healing state.

Science, Wonder & Delight : the Subtle Body Anatomy of Yoga with Sierra Hollister
November 13 - 15, 2026

MORE INFO & REGISTER

Knowledge of the energy of the invisible forces activated during our yoga practice is essential to truly understanding the power and potency of yoga. This weekend is about re-yoking the original insights about the pathways of feeling, consciousness and energetic evolution, as illuminated more than 2,500 years ago, with the contemporary understanding of yoga today. In doing this, we return to the original, deeper intentions of the practice as well as experience our own practice more fully.

Students will be introduced to:
• Source & history of the Subtle Body Anatomy
• Prana & Movement of Prana ~ through the Universe & Self
• Foundation of Vedic Three Body Philosophy
• Koshas & Light Bodies
• Chakras, Nadis & Meridians

The Confluence of Practice & Justice ~ Yoga is a call to Action with Sierra Hollister
January 15 - 17, 2027
$350
MORE INFO & REGISTER

Our yoga practice has the potential to heal and restore wholeness not only for ourselves but also for the world. Indeed, this revelation
and call to action is at the very heart of the practice waiting to be discovered and embodied.
Our practice is a path to yoke our body, mind and spirit, to yoke our individual consciousness to the divine and universal consciousness.
In this way, we are returned to our true nature, remembering that we are connected, not only to the divine but to each other. Any sense of being separate is an illusion.
We find our call to action right at the beginning, illuminated by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras as the eight limbs: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi.
These eight limbs provide a template of yogic conduct and are considered to be great and universal vows for all practitioners.
As our practice deepens, so too does our yearning for the liberation of all, for the cessation of suffering as well as the well-being, comfort, and peace for all beings. The connection and beauty found in practice feeds the yearning for that same connection and beauty to be reflected throughout the world. This yearning is meant to fuel your answer to inherent call to action that yoga is and always has been.
This weekend is an exploration of the great and universal vows and how we, as students can live our vows and embody the deep beauty and timeless wisdom of yoga with clarity and coherence.

Curriculum will include:
• The beginning path of yoga as illuminated in the eight limbs
• Appropriation and commodification of yoga over time
• Justice as a light in all realms
• Relationships of Repair
• Practices of Discernment for Action (or, how to stay connected
to the fire without getting burned)
• Self-realization off the mat, in the world & more

MORE INFO & REGISTER

Wisdom of the Ancients · Living the Teachings · Embodying the Path

This weekend immersion is an invitation to sit at the feet of the great teachings of yoga — not as distant philosophy, but as living wisdom meant to be contemplated, questioned, and embodied.

Together, we will enter into a devotional and inquiry-based study of some of the most influential yogic texts:

The Upanishads
The Bhagavad Gita
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
The Hatha Yoga Pradipika

These texts form the philosophical and spiritual roots of the yoga tradition — they are mirrors for the inner journey.

This Immersion is contemplative, devotional, and inquiry-based.

Each session will weave together:
• Guided study and contextual understanding
• Group discussion and shared reflection
• Journaling and personal inquiry
• Meditation and subtle embodied practices

This is a sacred space to listen deeply. To question. To soften into not-knowing.

To let the teachings work on you.

We approach these texts with humility and reverence, and an intention for integration
