The Winter Solstice marks the deepest point of darkness of the year before the gentle and steady return of light. Join Miriam for this two hour practice to honor the quietude of the dark and turn our intentions toward hope, rebirth and new beginnings. We will begin with yoga asana to ease tension throughout the body, dive into a guided breathwork journey to clear stress and emotional blockage, and close with Yoga Nidra, a guided sleep practice to soothe, unwind, and deeply rest the entire nervous system.
