Kristine draws inspiration from yoga as a nourishing force in her daily life, akin to water. With 24 years of dedicated practice, she continues to be amazed by its profound impact, both on and off the mat. Kristine seamlessly integrates her roles as a seasoned acupuncturist and yoga instructor, leveraging their combined benefits to guide students and patients towards deep self-awareness.

Kristine embarked on her yoga teaching journey in 2006, and her commitment to learning remains unwavering. She holds a 200-hour CorePower Level 1 certification, a certification in Dao Flow for Women’s Health, and a 300-hour advanced training at Asheville Yoga Center. Her teaching style is a rich blend reflecting her extensive practice, encompassing Hatha, Ashtanga, CorePower (hot power vinyasa), Alignment-Based Yoga, Dao Flow Women’s Yoga, Yin, Bhakti and Kundalini. Recently, her retreats have focused on Bhakti Yoga and meditation.

Passionate about creating safe spaces for personal growth, Kristine encourages individuals to quiet their inner experiences and release mental and physical holding patterns. Her future aspirations include Thai Massage Training, Kauit Teacher Training and Somatic Experiencing Training, aiming to enhance her ability to support clients on their healing journeys effectively. One of Kristine’s long term goals is to host yoga retreats across the globe=. Through her holistic approach, Kristine continues to inspire and empower others, bridging the worlds of yoga and acupuncture with compassion and expertise.
